The Process
Inquire
Fill out the inquiry form on our website. This gives us all the information we need to know about your flowers and how you want your frame to look. This also lets us know the date of your event to help us coordinate a drop-off date (or pick-up date, which is offered at an extra fee).
After the form is submitted, we review it and then reach out by email to confirm your details, your final cost, and let you know if your date is available. We do our best to accommodate all inquiries, but some dates may fill up.
Finally, a $100 deposit is due upon confirmation to officially secure your date!
Flower hand-off
Depending on what is decided when you confirmed your date, you will either drop off your flowers to Hubbard Floral Press in Westminster, or your flowers will be picked up. We should receive your flowers within 2-3 days of your event for maximum flower quality. Your flowers should stay in a vase with fresh water in the meantime.
We do not accept shipped bouquets at this time.
Pick-up is offered for an additional $50 fee and must be pre-arranged; we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute pick-up requests. Pick-up is available within 25 miles of Hubbard Floral Press in Westminster.

Once you have your beautiful frame, display it somewhere in your home and enjoy your special flowers forever!
We recommend displaying your frame away from direct sunlight to preserve the quality of the pressed flowers.
Press & Design
Once we receive your bouquet, you get to sit back and relax while we do the work! It takes about 12 to 16 weeks to press, reconstruct, design and assemble a frame. We will email you a photo of your frame design before we glue it down to get your final approval.
